Attendance from the phone they already carry.
People check in at the office with a selfie and their location, or by showing a QR code to their supervisor. Your company's own rules decide what counts as late, a half day or paid, and the month closes with one export for payroll.
Adsum is being tried with a small number of companies, and is planned as an add-on to TaskSense.
What it does
From the first check-in to the payroll export.
Selfie check-in at the office
The location is checked against the branch, and the selfie is matched with the person's reference photos. Admins see a simple score out of 5.
QR check-in
As an alternative: the code changes every 5 seconds, a supervisor's phone scans it, and it works without internet.
Your rules, not ours
Grace time, half days, late marks, overtime, leave and corrections are each a company setting.
Leave and corrections in the app
Apply in a few taps, approve in one. Balances and history are kept, and opening balances can be set when a company joins.
Never forget a check-out
A reminder when someone leaves the office after their shift, so they can check out at the time they left.

How we build it

Adsum doesn't hard-code your attendance policy. Every rule that decides who is present, late or paid is a setting you own, with a default you can change for the whole company, a group of people, or one person.
What stays fixed: an honest record
Check-ins carry the server's time and are never edited afterwards. Corrections are new entries, and a locked month opens only with a reason.
What stays fixed: people's privacy
Consent before anything is captured. Adsum never tracks where people go; leaving the office after a shift is used only for the check-out reminder. Face photos are deleted when someone leaves.
