1. Free trials
A free trial needs no payment. If you do not choose a paid plan, the trial simply ends; nothing is charged.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- An organization's admin can cancel at any time, from billing in the app or by writing to [email protected] from the admin's registered email address.
- Cancelling stops renewal. Your organization keeps full access until the end of the period already paid for.
- After that, the subscription ends and the account's data is handled as our privacy policy describes. Ask us for a copy of anything you need before the period ends.
3. When we refund
Subscriptions are paid in advance, and a period that has started is not refunded for the time left in it. We do refund in full when:
- you were charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount you did not authorize;
- a payment went through but the subscription was not activated, and we cannot activate it; or
- a renewal was charged after you had cancelled in time, and you tell us within 7 days of the charge.
If something else has gone wrong, write to us. We look at every request fairly.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid by Green Bottle LLP to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 working days to show the amount. If GST was charged, a credit note is issued with the refund under GSTIN 07AARFG1277C1ZE.
5. Delivery of the service
Cordyna is software delivered online; nothing is shipped. A paid subscription is activated on your organization's account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within minutes and at most within 24 hours. You receive a confirmation and an invoice from Green Bottle LLP by email. If your subscription is not active within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
