1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of Cordyna's services: TaskSense, Cordyna Adsum, their phone apps and this website (the “Services”). Voxowa, also a product of Green Bottle LLP, is covered by its own terms. Cordyna subscriptions are sold and billed by Green Bottle LLP, a limited liability partnership in India (“Cordyna”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it, and “you” means that organization.
2. Accounts and admins
- An organization's account is run by its admins. They add and remove people, choose which apps each person has, and set the organization's policies.
- People sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes to yourself, and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
- You must be 18 or older to use the Services.
- You are responsible for what happens under your organization's account, and for the people you give access to.
3. Trials, plans and billing
- Who bills you. All Cordyna subscriptions are billed by Green Bottle LLP, India. Invoices are issued by Green Bottle LLP, GSTIN 07AARFG1277C1ZE.
- Trials. We may offer a free trial. When it ends, the Services continue only on a paid plan.
- Plans and prices. Plans are priced in Indian rupees, per organization or per seat, as shown in the app or in a quote we give you. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes are added at the applicable rate.
- Payment. Subscriptions are paid in advance for the billing period you choose. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Easebuzz, using cards, UPI, net banking or other methods it offers.
- Renewal. If your plan is set to renew, it renews at the end of each period at the price then shown, until you turn renewal off. Admins can turn renewal off at any time.
- Unpaid subscriptions. If a payment is not made, we will tell your admins. Access may be limited once the paid period ends; your data is kept as described in our privacy policy.
- Price changes. We will tell admins at least 30 days before a price change affects your next renewal.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
4. Your data
- Your organization owns the data it puts into the Services. We use it only to provide and secure the Services, as our privacy policy describes.
- You are responsible for having the right to put that data into the Services, including any notices to and consent from your employees that the law requires.
- You can ask us for a copy of your organization's data while your account is active. When your account closes, we delete your data as our privacy policy describes.
5. Attendance and HR decisions
Cordyna enables; your organization decides. Rules for attendance, leave, pay and discipline are your organization's settings. Decisions you make using information from the Services, including payroll and employment decisions, are yours. Please check records before relying on them for such decisions.
6. AI features
Cordy, the assistant in TaskSense, makes suggestions that may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing Cordy suggests is applied until a person approves it, and you are responsible for reviewing suggestions before approving them.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or use the Services to harass, defraud or harm anyone;
- upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful or malicious;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to access, or test our security without our written permission;
- overload, disrupt, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Services, except as the law allows; or
- use the Services to track people without their knowledge and consent.
8. Availability and changes
Products marked “private beta” or “early access” are offered to selected organizations and may change more often while we finish them. We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but they may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We improve the Services over time. If we remove a feature your organization depends on, we will tell admins in advance where we reasonably can.
9. Suspension and ending
- You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken, if payment is overdue after notice, or to protect the Services or other customers. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after an account closes, such as those on liability and governing law, continue to apply.
10. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the software, designs and the Cordyna, TaskSense and Adsum names and logos, belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives your organization the right to use the Services during the subscription; it does not transfer ownership.
11. Warranties and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those in these terms.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first.
